3200 E Camelback

The project aims to enhance the plaza's entrance and plaza arrival and entry experience. This includes redesigning the hardscape and landscape with new materials to improve aesthetics and functionality. Key elements involve replacing existing metal fascia and columns, installing a prominent monument sign crafted from durable materials like stone or concrete, and integrating subtle, energy-efficient lighting for nighttime visibility.

A shaded seating area will be created using pergolas or shade sails, complemented by weather-resistant furniture like benches and lounge chairs. Desert-tolerant landscaping will feature plants such as agave and yucca, supported by efficient irrigation systems to conserve water and maintain sustainability. These enhancements aim to create a welcoming and visually appealing environment for plaza visitors.
