The project involves a renovation of hearing and meeting rooms across the first floor and basement levels, focusing on enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Key design elements include the selection of high-quality, durable materials such as carpet tiles or luxury vinyl for flooring, acoustic panels for sound insulation on walls, and suspended acoustic ceiling tiles integrated with lighting and HVAC systems. The color scheme employs professional, calming tones like soft grays and warm whites, accented by colors reflecting the state’s heritage.
Custom millwork will provide built-in storage solutions and ergonomic desks and tables with integrated power and data access. Advanced audiovisual systems including HD projectors and user-friendly control systems for lighting and sound will be installed, along with high-speed internet and Wi-Fi connectivity. Additionally, the design incorporates ergonomic seating, modular furniture arrangements, and acoustic treatments to ensure comfort, flexibility, and optimal sound quality throughout the rooms.
