mrt designed a new division 3,000 SF office in the town of Oracle, including customer service area, staff offices, meeting space and water testing facility with all related site improvements. The project serves as an educational space aimed at informing customers about water efficiency, xeriscaping principles, and native plant varieties.
Designed to showcase a diverse array of drought-tolerant and native plants, there is a demonstration garden that incorporates informative signage and interactive displays to engage visitors and provide in-depth knowledge. Smart irrigation systems are employed throughout the garden to illustrate effective water-saving techniques in practice, demonstrating sustainable landscaping practices that align with conservation goals.
