mrt designed a new 3,000-square-foot Division office in the town of Oracle, featuring a customer service area, staff offices, meeting space, and a state-of-the-art water testing facility, along with all related site improvements.

To promote sustainability and community engagement, the design includes a demonstration garden showcasing a diverse array of drought-tolerant and native plants. Informative signage throughout the garden educates visitors on water-efficient landscaping practices, reinforcing the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship. By combining functional efficiency with sustainable design, the new office serves as both an operational hub and an educational resource for the community.
