Design Solution:

• The existing water fountain was repurposed into a sustainable landscape feature, eliminating water waste while maintaining a visually appealing entrance.

• Native ocotillo plants, known for their drought resistance and ability to withstand Arizona’s extreme summer heat, were selected to ensure long-term resilience and minimal upkeep.

• The towering ocotillo complements the renovated CopperPoint main entry, also designed by MRT, seamlessly tying the elements together for a cohesive look.

This transformation not only resolved structural issues but also reinforced CopperPoint Mutual’s commitment to sustainability, enhancing the entry experience with a bold yet environmentally responsible design.
