Culver Street Complex
Ground of construction of 2 story 4 units multifamily infill building with front/backyard as well as terraces. This development was in collaboration with the Phoenix Historic Preservation Office (Roosevelt Historic District) to be respectful to the materials, features, and spatial relationships that characterize the neighborhood.
The new work is different yet compatible with the historic properties (historic materials, features, size, scale and proportion, and massing to protect the integrity of the property and its environment)
