Rhoda brought her expertise in architecture and residential construction to the mrt team in 2014, accumulating 18 years of industry experience. As a Project Manager, her role encompasses diverse responsibilities ranging from design and construction documents to client relations, and coordination with consultants and city officials.

Before joining mrt, Rhoda earned her Master of Architecture from Arizona State University. In addition to her responsibilities as a Project Manager, Rhoda has taken on pivotal roles in new hire training, construction administration, office management, and has contributed to interior design projects as needed.

Rhoda's professional and educational career exemplifies her remarkable adaptability and lively character; qualities that have significantly helped mrt design’s success over the last decade, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

Beyond her current responsibilities, Rhoda is actively pursuing licensure in the state of Arizona through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth in the architectural field.
